our process
BRIEF
FEASIBILITY
DESIGN
EXECUTION
COMPLETION

We start by thoroughly understanding the client’s requirements, discussing every detail of their vision. This phase ensures that we capture their aspirations, objectives, and constraints, forming the foundation for the design process. We focus on aligning their needs with practical design solutions, setting the stage for a successful and cohesive project journey.

In this stage, we present a comprehensive feasibility report, including basic zonal drawings. This report helps the client understand the project's potential in the current market while providing a clear SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). Our goal is to establish the project’s viability, ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks, and assess the potential for successful execution.

Here, we develop detailed drawings, plans, and sections that serve as the foundation for project development. We collaborate with consultants to finalize key elements like 3D views and workable plans, ensuring that every aspect aligns with the client’s vision. Once the design is finalized, we initiate the preparation of GFC (Good For Construction) drawings to facilitate smooth construction.

During execution, we conduct periodic site visits to ensure that the construction adheres to the architectural design and specifications. These visits help maintain the integrity of the design, verify construction quality, and address any on-site challenges. Our recurring involvement at this stage ensures that the project remains faithful to the original vision, making adjustments as needed.

As the project reaches completion, we take the time to reflect on the process, evaluating both successes and areas for improvement. This collaborative reflection with the client allows us to refine our approach for future projects. It is an opportunity to ensure mutual satisfaction and to lay the groundwork for future partnerships, building on lessons learned.
